Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's plan of care.
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, wound care, and document accurately.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and support resident care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and notify physicians of changes.
• Ensure CMS, state, federal, and facility compliance.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working closely with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.

You’ll play an important role in promoting the health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life of every resident entrusted to our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, provide wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and support outstanding resident care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of significant changes.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications
