Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily activities of nursing assistants
• Completing required documentation for resident admission, discharge, transfer, per facility policy
• Preparing and administering medications as ordered by physicians and performing other drug administration tasks
• Making daily rounds and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid Michigan nursing license
• Long-term care experience
• CPR certification
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Full vaccination
