Job summary

Buffalo Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing facility. Earn between $29.58 and $34.39 per hour, with a $0.75 evening/night shift differential and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Daily Pay is available through a trusted provider, and we accept GPNs as well. We offer flexible schedules for full-time, part-time, and per-diem, with opportunities for career advancement and two-tiered medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• NY State LPN license is required.
• Good standing with State Registry is required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record residents' health data, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as necessary.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Duties:

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
