Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Night Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Employees work every other weekend.

Essential Functions

• Assist in all nursing aspects, exceeding standards
• Develop and lead individualized care plans
• Assess and document resident conditions
• Implement physician’s orders promptly
• Assign care tasks to team members appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments, start IVs
• Maintain supplies and equipment safely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN program
• Valid LPN license in Missouri
• CPR certification
• Preferably 1 year of experience
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to react quickly in emergencies
• Maintain confidentiality and knowledge of training techniques
