Job summary

Heritage Villa is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oklahoma to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and help implement individualized care plans for residents in a supportive, team-based environment.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates, competitive pay based on experience, PTO+, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid LPN license in Oklahoma
• Valid CPR certification
• Candidates must maintain a working email and phone
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents meeting standards
• Assist in all aspects of resident care
• Initiate and lead individualized care plans
• Assess and document residents' condition and needs
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Start IVs and perform treatments as assigned

• 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Rotating 3 on 3 off
• 6:30 pm - 6:30 am Rotating 3 on 3 off

Essential Functionsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Others duties as assigned

Qualificationsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing

• Valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Valid CPR certification
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
