Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications/treatments
• Train and support direct care staff on best practices for patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Assist with resident transportation to medical appointments, community events, and activities

Required Experience:
