As the LPN, you will contribute to the health and wellness of all facility team members through programs, policies, and training. You will work with managers regarding employee health and wellness, including proper documentation and ergonomic programs. Additionally, you will manage medical aspects of work-related injury incidents, conduct incident investigations, and prepare reports. You will collaborate with EHS to maintain a safe, incident-free work environment, aiming for zero injuries and world-class EHS performance. This position is onsite in Macon, Missouri, with availability required for 3rd shift (11:30 pm - 8:00 am, Monday-Friday), with some Saturdays possible. The salary range is $47,000-$59,000 annually, depending on qualifications.

You Will:

• Provide professional nursing care for employees.
• Maintain records on patient care, conditions, reactions, and progress.
• Help develop preventive health care programs.
• Support the implementation of safety programs.
• Participate in tracking near misses, injuries, and OSHA recordables.
• Report to an onsite Environmental Health & Safety Manager.
• Participate in safety groups involving employees.
• Support plant programs related to safety and quality.

You Have:

• Minimum education: LPN license.
• Appropriate licensure/certification in the state.

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to stand and walk; occasionally required to sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; may lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Exposure to noisy, temperature-variable environments. Compensation:

Pay Range: $49,000-$65,000. Actual salary depends on location, experience, and skillset, in accordance with applicable laws.
