Do you have HEART? We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. This position is responsible for providing licensed nursing services to residents, following the guidelines provided by Senior Lifestyle Corporation. It reports to the Director of Nursing/Health and Wellness Director and may supervise other staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
2. Manage the admission process for new residents, including assessments and documentation.
3. Complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
4. Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) under the director’s guidance.
5. Provide health-related consultation within the community.
6. Notify physicians and/or family members of health changes and document appropriately.
7. Respond promptly to emergencies.
8. Maintain communication with all departments and staff.
9. Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff.
10. Ensure confidentiality of residents’ information.
11. Attend training, in-service, and staff meetings.
12. Promote a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse’s License in the practicing state.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or related field.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Dedicated, compassionate, and energetic.
