Care Options for Kids in Florida seeks an LPN to provide focused pediatric home health care for patients with tra cheostomies and/or ventilators. You will deliver skilled nursing in the home, working closely with an RN and clinical leadership to ensure confident, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Current active Florida LPN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required (in-person).

Responsibilities

We are seeking nurses with experience caring for patients with tracheostomies and/or ventilators, preferably in a home care setting. Candidates with experience in trach care only are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
