RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12am start on-site in Trenton, TN. This full-time role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

The position offers hourly compensation of $30.42, scheduled Monday–Friday, 12am–8am, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Must communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, as well as the people supported and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist the Registered Nurse in delivering quality nursing services to persons supported.
• Provide health related training to unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments or assist the person supported with medication administration.
• Assist with ensuring preventative and routine medical appointments are scheduled.
• Conduct medication close health assessments and collect health data.
• Observe for abnormal health findings and report to physician.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Advocate for the people supported and develop community supports for optimal health.
