Folsom Rehabilitation and Care Center in Cullman, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a supportive team.

The role offers a $24-$28 hourly wage with a $2.00 night shift differential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and growth opportunities are included. Shifts available: day, night, Baylor, and restorative as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
