Job summary

Timbers of Jasper is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening and night shifts at our Jasper, IN facility. Eligible LPNs can earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over two years, with terms and conditions applying.

The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, engage with residents and families, conduct assessments, and document changes in resident condition while upholding C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Indiana LPN license.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
