Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Good Samaritan Home and Rehab in Oakland City, IN. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff while applying nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being.

You will conduct thorough assessments, document changes, and collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care for our residents.
