  • Sign-On Bonuses: $10,000 for full-time, $5,000 for part-time
  • Positions: Full, Part & Flex time available
  • Shifts: Day, PM & Night shifts
  • Wage Range: $25.80 - $39.87

Qualifications

Current LPN license or temporary permit for practice in North Dakota.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct resident care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Document residents' progress and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as a bridge between residents and the care team, advocating for residents' needs.
  • Report changes in residents' conditions promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to meet resident needs.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including initiating CPR.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Handle emergencies, accidents, incidents, and complaints effectively.
  • Transcribe Physician orders accurately.
