Available Day Shifts:
- 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
- 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
- Hiring for full-time or part-time shifts!
- Starting Pay Rate is $32.00 an Hour based on Experience. Shift Differential Pay
- $10,000 Sign on for Qualifying Applicants
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work!

- Regency Care Center is only 3.6 miles from the Des Moines International Airport! It's a quick and easy distance that allows you to have enough time to get to the airport!
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents that treatment as required
- Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Active LPN license for the state of Iowa is required
- Valid CPR certification
