Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Night Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Starting pay rate: $32.00/hour, based on experience, with shift differential pay
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus for qualifying applicants
• Paid Time Off (PTO+): accrued after 30 days, with additional PTO for perfect attendance

Essential Functions

• Assist in all aspects of nursing with motivation and competence
• Provide services exceeding company and regulatory standards
• Develop and lead individualized nursing care plans
• Assess and document residents' conditions and needs
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly
• Assign care duties to team members based on residents’ needs and staff capabilities
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• Document treatments as required
• Maintain supplies and equipment in a safe, economical, and clean manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Iowa required
• Valid CPR certification
