Skilled Nurse RN or LPN – 3rd Shift – Trach/Ventilator

Position: Part‑Time and Full‑Time Available

Starting Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)

Job Description

Interim HealthCare of Central PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide overnight shift care for an adult that is dependent for all care including tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Medication administration and nutrition via G‑tube
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Perform suctioning and airway management as needed
• Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care
• Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements
