Job summary

Springbrook is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts to deliver high-quality nursing care within a team-oriented environment.

Under RN supervision, you will assess, medicate, and support residents, including short-term rehab and long-term care, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Competitive base pay plus shift differential and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Base Pay

Base Pay: $31.00-$36.50 PLUS Shift Differential up to $8.50/hour depending on shift!
