Complete Care at Summit Ridge in West Orange, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. Full-time first shift and per diem opportunities provide stability, growth, and meaningful resident care in a supportive environment.

The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

Competenze

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
