Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day or night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, with rotating weekends. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, dress wounds, monitor residents, and help develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Provide direct care to residents including medications, dressing wounds, and daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in wellness and recreation activities with residents to promote well‑being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
