Alps at Wayne Rehab is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting in Wayne, NJ. You will administer medications, monitor clinical conditions, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to uphold high‑quality care.

Current NJ LPN license

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
