TEEMA Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care across multiple settings in the Washington, DC area. The successful candidate will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and offer emotional support to patients and families.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. Current LPN license and BLS are required, with newly licensed candidates welcome.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Newly Licensed welcome!

Work Schedule

Full Time Standard shifts:

• Day - 06:30 to 15:00 (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM)
• Evening/Swing - 14:30 to 23:00 (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
• Night - 22:30 to 07:00 (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM)

Shift Differentials

• $2.50/hr for swing and night shift
• $4.00 for weekends
