Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred.
• Active Washington State LPN License required.
• CPR certification within 30 days; Fundamentals of Caregiving; Dementia & Mental Health Training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and CBC checks with accurate documentation.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room.

About the Role
