Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN License in New Jersey or Multistate License.
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Ability to work one-on-one with patients.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
