Job summary

Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Canandaigua, NY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The base pay ranges from $29.50 to $35 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Daily Pay is available through a trusted third-party provider. You will join a team delivering compassionate care, administering medications, recording vitals, and supervising CNAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise CNAs.
• Help Residents get dressed and maintain personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
