The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Valhalla, NY is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Earn up to $42/hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and join a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.

• Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.
