Job summary

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Valhalla, NY is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and maintain clinical documentation.

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. We are a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes.

• Perform wound care and other clinical procedures.

• Supervise CNAs and support staff.

• Ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
