Fairport Central School District seeks an LPN to support the Health Office under the RN, providing nursing care to students during a 10-month school year. The LPN will assess students, manage minor medical needs, administer prescribed medications, assist with hygiene, and perform procedures as needed.

Under supervision, you will work with the School Nurse/RN to ensure student health needs are met. NY state LPN certification required; full-time, non-exempt position in Fairport, NY.

Qualifications

• NY State Licensed Practical Nurse Certification is required.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
