Job summary

Sandstone Estates is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Arizona to join a dedicated care team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document clinical information with accuracy and compassion.

We value collaboration with RNs and physicians, patient education, emergency responsiveness, and maintaining a safe, organized care environment. Active AZ LPN license or Compact license and CPR certification are required.
