Your Key Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Deliver nursing care to elderly and acutely ill residents with a focus on comfort, safety, and clinical excellence
• Medication Management: Administer medications, maintain narcotic records, and coordinate with pharmacies to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Clinical Collaboration: Partner with RNs using the SBAR process; accompany physicians during rounds and assessments
• Care Planning: Participate in resident evaluations, update care plans, and communicate key changes to families and interdisciplinary teams
• Leadership & Oversight: Supervise Medication Techs/Aides and support clinical admissions and discharges
• Emergency Response: Act confidently in urgent situations and maintain active CPR readines

What You Bring to the Team

• ✅ Active, unrestricted LPN license in the State of Arizona
• ✅ Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
• ✅ 6+ months of long‑term care experience preferred
