Job summary

StoryPoint Troy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join as Nurse Supervisor/LPN at our Troy, AL community. You will lead, train, and support a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality resident care in a memory care/assisted living setting.

As the supervisor, you’ll evaluate residents, report changes to physicians, and utilize EHR/EMAR systems while communicating clearly with families and the care team. We value empathy, reliability, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
