Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team, providing direct geriatric care to residents in our long-term care setting.

You will administer medications, support personal care, monitor vital signs, participate in care planning, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered care for seniors in our community.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including:

• Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-License experience
  • Shift Differentials: +$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
  • Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm), Night (11:00pm-7:00AM)
  • Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
  • Weekend Availability: Required
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPN's
