Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 88-bed facility. Immediate hire with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

We offer base pay of $26–$34/hour with an additional $0.65 shift differential for evenings and nights, plus a path for career advancement. Slate Valley Center provides tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules (FT/PT/Per-Diem), and a two-tiered insurance plan.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New York state.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Help Residents get dressed and care for personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
