CommonSail Investment Group is seeking an Admin Nurse to lead and train a team of caregivers in our elder care communities. You will evaluate residents, report changes to physicians, and utilize EHR/EMAR systems while maintaining clear communication with residents and families.

You will foster relationships and ensure compassionate, professional care in a collaborative, team-based environment that respects residents and staff alike.

Competenze

• LPN license in the state is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Must haves from you to be an Admin Nurse:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.


• Prior supervisory experience required.


• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.


• Passionate about working with the elderly.

What your day to day looks like as an Admin Nurse:

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.


• Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.


• Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)


• Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.


• Building strong relationships.
