Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift on a part-time basis. The Admin Nurse will lead and train a team of caregivers, evaluate residents, and report changes to physicians while using EHR/EMAR systems.

The role emphasizes clear communication with residents and families, building strong relationships, and maintaining professionalism with elderly residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Must haves from you to be an Admin Nurse:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.

What your day to day looks like as an Admin Nurse:

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
• Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
• Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
• Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
• Building strong relationships.
