Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in New York. This role offers flexibility with various shifts and per-diem opportunities, plus daily pay so you can access funds when you need them.

As an LPN, you will provide patient care, manage admissions and discharges, administer medications, and collaborate with the center’s interdisciplinary team while adhering to infection control policies and maintaining strong communication with staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State-licensed LPN with current license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; compassionate and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Ensure infection control and center policies are followed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes.
• Identify and report any abnormal resident changes promptly.
