Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our Skilled and Long Term Care units. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families while coordinating with physicians and CNAs.

The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. An Equal Opportunity Employer, IND LPN.

• Must hold an active LPN license at time of application.
