Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed in the state of Florida as an LPN.
• Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

Les Peters Youth Academy: Moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

To be considered you should:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree, but not required in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed in the state of Florida
• Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual
• Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
