Trilogy Health Services is hiring an LPN at our Shelby Crossing Health Campus in Shelby Township, MI. The LPN provides direct clinical care and supervises nursing assistants on the unit, ensuring resident well-being and timely communication with the charge nurse and physician.
Key duties include daily resident rounds, monitoring status changes, administering meds, and completing required forms. Current LPN license and CPR certification are required.
