Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care under RN supervision and collaborate with the care team.

This full-time/part-time/PRN role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials of $2.00/hour (Weekday NOC) and $2.50/hour (Weekends NOC), competitive pay, and a benefits package with 401(k) match. We welcome new and experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or eligibility for NLC.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
