As a member of the clinical team, you must understand the mission of Telford Terrace, which is to provide a setting of quality, compassionate care. The nurse coordinates delivery of resident care for his/her assigned shift, including drug distribution to residents. Participates in achieving departmental objectives in clinical practice, education and ensuring a high standard of the delivery of resident care is maintained. Supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of Telford Terrace.
