Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Quincy, FL is hiring LPNs for part-time and full-time roles. The facility emphasizes compassionate, individualized care in a 156-bed setting with a team-oriented culture.

Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM, with flexible scheduling to fit your availability. Benefits include daily pay, health, dental & vision insurance, PTO/holiday pay, 401(k), direct deposit, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualificações

• LPN license required by state or multistate license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
• Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.
• Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.
• Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.
• According to state‑specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.
• In accordance with state‑specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
• Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.
• Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information.

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State or Multistate License
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
