Job Duties for RN / LPN:

• Schedule: Every other weekend, A.M / P.M shift
• Wound care experience
• Quad experience
• Assisting with breathing treatments
• Bowel program experience
• Transfers with overhead Hoyer Lift
• Ileal conduit (Urostomy) experience
• Provide direct patient/resident care
• Supervise HHA and CNA staff
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license, current auto insurance, or reliable transportation
• Michigan RN / LPN License without disciplinary actions
• Recent relevant homecare experience
• Current TB test, physical, and background check
