Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the evening shift team. You will provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents while supporting a warm and collaborative environment.

As part of the nursing team, you will administer medications, coordinate with physicians, monitor residents, and help maintain comfort and safety. This role offers competitive pay, flexible pay access, and full benefits for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of seniors, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Monitor and report patient status to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
