Job summary

Charter Senior Living in Owens Cross Roads, AL is seeking a compassionate LPN to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will perform assessments, medication management, and care planning, while collaborating with a caring team to ensure dignity and quality of life.

Starting pay is $26-$28 per hour, with on-call scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid training, PTO, and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Assisted living/memory care/senior living experience preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents.

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for resident assessments, care planning support, medication and treatment management, clinical documentation, and ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and caregiving teams.
