Job summary

Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community in Ottawa is hiring PRN LPNs for 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m., at $34.00/hour with shift differential. This on-site role supports residents with attentive, steady care in a fast-changing environment.

You will provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, administer medications, and communicate changes to the on-call provider and families. A strong Illinois LPN license is required to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred

You'll care for residents at Pleasant View, a skilled nursing community in Ottawa. Whether you're on days or nights, residents and their families are counting on you for steady, attentive care when things change fast.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status and responding to changes in condition
• Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice as an LPN
• Communicate condition changes to the on-call provider and to residents' families
• Keep consistent continuity of care across your assigned residents shift to shift

What you'll need

Required:

• Active Illinois LPN license
