Job summary

Roosevelt Care Center at Old Bridge is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents in Old Bridge, New Jersey. You will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans, monitor patient status, and document changes in health, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes in health status.
• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
