Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes.
• Ensure care is delivered in compliance with regulations.

LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
