Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. We provide on-demand pay, full medical/vision/dental, tuition reimbursement, and internal growth opportunities in a facility with Gold Seal of Approval for post-acute and nursing care.

As an LPN, you will deliver medications and nursing care per the individual care plan, conduct resident assessments, lead a team, and advocate for residents.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medication administration as directed by care plans.
• Assess residents and contribute to care planning.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
