Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide nursing care and administer medications according to each resident’s care plan, ensuring safety and comfort for all residents.

You will lead and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality care, conduct timely assessments, and advocate for residents’ needs in a supportive, team-based environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience is preferable.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at our facility by providing residents with the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for our residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
